This web site, usspower.com was named
after the U.S. Navy ship USS POWER DD 839. The ship was
named in memory of John Vincent Power, who was posthumously
awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions and
sacrifice of his life during the Battle of Kwajalein in World
War II. The photos were
taken yesterday in Worcester, MA. and we visited the Marine
Corp League Club that named there hall in honor of Lt. Power.
