Congratulations Lou!

Lou is the current President of The USS POWER Association and served on board the USS POWER in the early 50's. He rose from the enlisted ranks to become an officer at the rank of LT. Commander. He served in the silent service for a few hitches.

Lou has been a good deck hand at all 7 reunions. With out members like Lou, the POWER association would not be as strong as it is.
